About Us

Allison is a Charlotte native and board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She began her healthcare career as a nursing assistant while attending college at East Carolina University. After graduating with her BSN in 2011, she went on to work for Atrium Health-Carolinas Medical Center. She completed an extensive critical care new graduate nursing program and continued to work as a nurse in their Medical Intensive Care Unit. While working, she pursued her graduate nursing degree through the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. She graduated with her MSN in 2017 and worked throughout the Charlotte region as a FNP. She joined our team Winter 2020. Since then, she has had the opportunity to attend several Allergan Medical Institute trainings as well as Galderma Aesthetic Injector Network trainings to further her injection skills and knowledge. In October 2023, she was invited to AMI's Master Expert Training. Allison is also certified in PCA Skin chemical peels, dermaplaning, microdermabrasion, hydro dermabrasion, microneedling, PRP treatments, sclerotherapy, Aerolase Neoskin laser treatments, PDO threads, Cartessa Tetra CO2 laser treatments and Subnovii plasma pen.

Ashley is a Registered Nurse and local resident of Mount Holly. She graduated from Carolinas College of Health Sciences in 2004 and began her nursing career at Atrium Health - Carolinas Medical Center.  She has an extensive background in post-surgical care and education in multiple surgical specialties in both inpatient and ambulatory settings. She joined our team Spring 2021. Since then, she has had the opportunity to attend several Allergan Medical Institute trainings as well as Galderma Aesthetic Injector Network trainings to further her injection skills and knowledge. In August 2024, she was invited to AMI's Elevate Training. In November 2025, she was invited to AMI's Master Expert Training. Ashley is also certified in PCA Skin chemical peels, dermaplaning, microdermabrasion, hydro dermabrasion, microneedling, PRP treatments, Aerolase Neoskin laser treatments, Cartessa Tetra CO2 laser treatments and Subnovii plasma pen.

Receptionist - Christy is a ray of sunshine. She works as one of our front desk coordinators as well as behind the scenes answering and returning calls and messages from our after-hours phone.
