Your first visit includes a thorough review of your medical history, comprehensive assessment, convenient in-office lab collection, discussion of hormone replacement therapy options, and development of a personalized treatment plan based on your individual needs and health goals.
After your initial consultation, you will be scheduled for a follow up visit 6-8 weeks later. During this evaluation, your provider will review your initial lab results with you, discuss your progress, and order or adjust medications as needed to optimize your hormone levels.
Visits are required every 3 months to monitor your progress and make any necessary adjustments to your treatment plan.
Laboratory testing is required annually and may be recommended every 3-6 months until your hormone levels are optimized.
Initial lab costs are included. When labs are required for subsequent follow up visits, a $50 fee will apply. This covers in-office collection of our standard hormone and wellness panels.
We do not accept insurance for HRT visits or prescription management. This allows us to provide longer appointments, personalized care, and treatment plans without the restrictions often imposed by insurance companies. You may use your HSA or FSA to pay for eligible services.
